Vacation Rental Cleaner

About the Role:
As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for preparing Airbnb and vacation homes for incoming guests. You’ll work independently, follow our established cleaning checklist, and ensure each home is left spotless, organized, and guest-ready.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cleaning, wants a flexible schedule, and values consistency and reliability.

What You’ll Do:
Clean and reset vacation rental properties after guest checkouts
Make beds with hotel-style standards
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all rooms
Clean and organize kitchens and bathrooms
Restock supplies when needed
Follow a detailed cleaning checklist
Take photos of completed work
Communicate any damages or maintenance issues immediately

Reliable & responsible — shows up on time and ready to work
Detail-oriented — notices the small things that matter in guest stays
Independent — able to work alone with confidence
A good communicator — keeps us updated through phone photos & messages
Tech-friendly — able to use a smartphone for schedules and photos
Transportation ready — must have a reliable vehicle
Experienced (optional) — STR or hotel cleaning experience is great but not required
Schedule & AvailabilityPart-time & flexible
Hours based on guest checkouts
Weekend and Holiday availability
Great for someone wanting flexible supplemental income
